Ms. Miller's practice encompasses the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in a broad variety of commercial and environmental lawsuits, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and cost recovery and contribution actions under CERCLA and the Texas Solid Waste Disposal Act as well as claims asserted under RCRA and common law theories of recovery. Ms. Miller’s practice also includes environmental risk management counseling.
Ms. Miller’s litigation experience has included cases in state and federal court, at both the trial and appellate levels, representing companies based in Texas and elsewhere in the United States and Asia. Prior to joining Connelly · Baker · Wotring LLP, Ms. Miller was a law clerk to the Honorable Earl S. Hines, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. She received a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University in 1999 and a law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law 2002, graduating cum laude.
