Early College Awareness Project (ECAP)
Debra Tsuchiyama Baker joined with the Houston Young Lawyer's Association, Baylor College of Medicine, the Harvard Club of Houston and the Rice University Center for Education in supporting the Early College Awareness Project (ECAP). ECAP seeks to reduce the achievement gap by mentorship of academically promising underrepresented ("URM") high school students. Ms. Baker was the Keynote Speaker at ECAP's May 10, 2008 event at Baylor College of Medicine.
